This day trip is conducted by van and it is a perfect Mt. Fuji viewing tour. Please allow me to show you the highlights of this enchanting dormant volcano and the surrounding areas. We will be able to visit three or four places around the mountain area - Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Lake Kawaguchi, Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway, the Maglev Exhibition Center, Itchiku Kubota Art (Kimono) Museum, and stroll through Aokigahara's sea of trees. Mt. Fuji is the highest and the most celebrated mountain in Japan boasting the height of 3, 776m (12, 388ft). By the end of this tour I am sure that you will understand why we have had "awe and respect" for this mountain since ancient times. This area is quite wide and mountainous and there is only one public bus which unfortunately is not so frequent. Therefore, taking a van is the best way to save time in order to go to as many places as possible within a limited vacation period. Let's enjoy a magnificent and breathtaking view of the mountain!
Sachiko is such a wonderful, knowledgeable guide. Her English is excellent. She’s very pleasant, warm and hospitable. She handed out snacks for our family during the car ride to Mt Fuji, which we thought was very sweet. Transportation for a family of 4 is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent Tour and excellent tour guide. Sachiko was very caring and easy to communicate with as we had much time for conversations during our drive to Mt. Fuji. She was very informative and knowledgeable about Mt. Fuji and the surrounding area. At the end of our tour, we knew everything that we wanted to know about Mt. Fuji, its history, cultural significance and its beauty known world-wide. We would strongly recommend this tour and Sachiko as your guide.

Sachiko was an excellent guide! We were welcomed immediately and she was full of information on Mt Fuji and Japan. We were very fortunate the day presented sunny and Fuji was visible and awe-inspiring. We have memories and photos we will treasure. We also had an amazing lunch with rich miso broth and homemade noodles unique to the area.
