Hello everyone! My name is Go. I’m here to assist you as your personal navigator, guiding you through the captivating charms of Tokyo, Kamakura, and Hakone and My.Fuji.
Are you planning a trip to Japan? If so, please feel at ease and entrust me with the important task of being your guide.
Are you interested in Japanese culture, cuisine, shopping, shrines and temples, anime, karaoke, or traditional crafts? If so, look no further. I can customize a wide range of experiences, from classic tours around Tokyo and Kamakura to special adventures tailored just for you. Fulfilling your wishes brings me great joy.
Before becoming a guide, I worked as an automotive product engineer for a global company. I visited 25 countries to provide technical and quality guidance and also lived in Italy and China, where I gained valuable international experience. During my travels, I was deeply inspired by the storytelling skills of local guides and discovered my passion for sharing the wonders of Japanese culture with people from around the world.
After returning to Japan, I earned my National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter qualification. I then spent six years working as a volunteer guide to develop my skills before beginning my professional guiding career.
Today, I focus on designing unique day trips in Tokyo and the surrounding areas. I offer a variety of experiences, including leisurely walks through charming old-town neighborhoods, writing haiku, tasting local street food, joining izakaya tours, watching sumo wrestling, and visiting cutting-edge attractions such as teamLab Planets and teamLab Borderless. Even if you are visiting Japan on a business trip and have limited free time, I can help you experience Japanese culture.
Are you worried about planning your trip? Don’t be! Customizing tours to match each guest’s interests and preferences is my specialty. I am ready to respond quickly and confidently to a wide variety of requests.
In my free time, I enjoy singing Italian canzone and taking care of my roses.
Once again, my name is Go, which can mean “strong” or “gorgeous” in Japanese. It’s easy to remember, isn’t it?
So, are you ready to “Go” explore Tokyo together? Let’s do it!
