Our family of 4 (Mom, Dad and 2 college-age kids) had a fabulous day-long tour of Tokyo with Harry. He taught us the ropes on public transportation, was knowledgeable about the historical background of the sites we saw, was very flexible about customizing the tour to include our requests, and gave us more than our money's worth. He was patient, kind and thoughtful throughout our day together. We could not have been more pleased with Harry's guidance.
My wife and I had a ton of fun and experience with Harry. Being for the first time in Japan, we need lots of guidance. Harry in one day provides almost of that, based on listening on our interests. He ended up introducing us to a bit of everything, shopping (Harajuku, Ginza, Omotesando, ...), history (Meiji shrine, Hamarikyu garden, tea ceremony,..), food (Tsukiji market) and even how to take the train and the etiquettes in public.
