Hello and bonjour! (Le français suit l'anglais. ) My name is Yumi, and I'm a nationally licensed tour guide and interpreter based in Tokyo, Japan. I've guided tourists from overseas since 2009 throughout Japan, especially in the Kanto region, including trips around the Greater Tokyo Area (such as Kamakura), Mt. Fuji, Hakone National Park and the Nikko UNESCO World Heritage Site. I was born and raised on Kyushu, the southernmost of Japan's four main islands, and I lived in the Kansai area (Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe) for five years. I came to Tokyo in 1999 and have been here ever since. I love Japan and have lots of information about my country's history and culture to share with you. I'm friendly, knowledgeable and open-minded, and love interacting with people from abroad. I'm sure that my tours will satisfy you and even persuade you to visit Japan again! I look forward to traveling with you! ************************************ Bonjour à tous ! Je m'appelle Yumi. Je suis guide-interprète, certifiée par le gouvernement japonais.
