1st Time in Tokyo : Photo Sessions + Before/After Consulting!

First let me say that Kumi is an amazing person; she agreed to meet us at a point near our AirB&B; she always has a big smile on her face. Besides learning the history and culture of Tokyo she showed us how to navigate the metro system, gave us a cheat-cheat of Japanese words and phrases, it was like having a great friend. On top of that the photos were amazing. Thank you Kumi.

Kumi was an amazing tour guide. She worked with us to customize the itinerary to our interests. She prepared historical information on the sites we visited, showed us how to use the subways, took amazing pictures of our travels, and an out of this world lunch experience. Kumi possesses a thorough knowledge of Japan and its history, as well as a true zest for life which is contagious to her customers. Despite a dreary wet start to the day, we couldn't have had a better welcome to Tokyo.

We had an absolutely fantastic Tokyo tour and can’t recommend it enough. Our guide Kumi was incredible—thoughtful, organized, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. She arranged a private car for the morning, (worth the extra cost), which made getting around easy and comfortable, especially for covering more ground early in the day. Later, we switched to the subway, which gave us a more local, authentic experience and helped us really understand how to navigate Tokyo. She’s also a professional photographer and captured amazing photos of us throughout the day—such a special bonus. On top of that, she’s very knowledgeable about Japanese history and culture. Kumi also speaks excellent English! The balance was perfect, and everything felt seamless. We saw so much without ever feeling rushed. She was also more than happy to personalize the tour to our interests, which made it even more memorable. It was one of the highlights of our trip—highly recommend!
