Mari was so kind and thoughtful-she helped a large group with two seniors navigate Shibuya. She also tailored part of the tour around the group's love of anime. She helped everyone find their feet in Tokyo and even took some great group photos.
Mari was amazing as our tour guide for our family of 5 including a 3 yo in a stroller. I’m so glad we did the tour on our first day, as Mari taught us a lot about getting around and gave us lots of tips specific to our young family. A magical first day in the sunshine in Tokyo, thanks again Mari!
We loved it! Had a great time and saw things that we would never have known about if we went on our own. Mari is a special person and has a great personality. In the end a tour is a lot about have a feeling like you spent the day with a good friend. That is what Mari created for us.
We had a really good time with Mari. She is really the best! She was able to support special food allergy requirements for us. She was great with our teen boys as well and explained everything really well. This was our first trip to Japan and she explained the basics of food and public transport also really well to help with our remainder of the trip. We will definitely look for her again when we come back to Japan.
