Additionally, I am happy if you are interested in numerous customs based on Japan's two major religions, Shinto and Buddhism such as New year's visits to temples and shrines, the spring and autumn equinoxes, and many national holidays in Japan. How about enjoying Kabuki and Noh as traditional culture, as well as so-called subculture, yes, Manga(animation) ? I guess you may have heard of Pokemon, Naruto, and Demon of slayer(Kimetsu-no-Yaiba)? Now, I live in Yokohama(the second largest city in Japan) near Tokyo, but I was born and brought up in a rural country side area in Hokkaido, the northern part of Japan.
