Hola, amigos. My name is Valentín. Writer by trade; tour guide by conviction. I've been a resident of Mexico City's Downtown area for almost twenty years. That's how I know the old tales people tell, I've also researched the city's history as a personal interest. It's a fascinating web of unbelievable circumstances and unpredictable odds, which has created one of the most diverse and energetic cities in the world. I'd love to share some of those insights with travelers interested in true Mexican culture. Bachelor's degree in Literature and Linguistics. Although I am not a certified tour guide, I am well-versed in matters of history and novelty in Mexico City. My other job is writing horror stories, so living in a place like Downtown Mexico CIty has been a neverending source of inspiration. Here, where ghosts still walk amongst the living. Mere superstition, you might think? I'll tell you all about it. Downtown Mexico City is a place of wonder and mystery; a cultural treasure that has preserved its territory and identity for over 700 years. A place filled with history and stories, being ghost tales some of the most prevalent in this area. Join me, we'll walk through the alleys and creepy spots. This was the perfect tour to explore downtown Mexico City and learn more about it's history and life there today through the lens of myths, ghost stories and occult history. Valentin is a wonderful guide, he has put together a very unique and thoughtful tour of the area. He also builds in some coffee and juice stops, and points out good restaurants and sights to see in the area. Could not recommend this tour more highly!!

Valentin was a wonderful guide and told very interesting stories about the legends of CDMX. We got to see areas of Mexico City that ordinarily we would not have explored. Valentin was very thoughtful and accommodating. Highly recommend! Bring comfy shoes as it is a lot of walking!

Valentin was simply the best! We were visiting Mexico City for a bachelorette party. The Bride-to-be loves ghost tours and this experience did not fall short. Valentin knew show much of the cities history and tales and provided his own twists along the way. We would definitely come back to do another tour.

Valentin was an outstanding tour guide. He had so much knowledge of the area and we saw so much more than we expected. He modified our tour to accommodate our schedule and really helped us hit the high points of the downtown area while staying true to the Ghosts and Ghouls theme that we signed up for. He knew our time in Mex City was short so wanted us to get the most out of it. Also, his english was excellent which was a bonus. He mentioned a Cantina tour that we will likely take next time with him.
