Hello, my name is James and I am deeply passionate about Scotland and all things Scottish. I am very proud and privileged to be able to share my beautiful country with visitors from all over the world. I have been very lucky that I have had the opportunity to travel all across this beautiful country over the years, seeing some impressive sights and visiting some incredible places, including being in Balmoral Castle while the Queen was in residence (but that's a story for another time). There are so many wonderful, wild and mysterious places in Scotland and I would love to be able to share them with you. From the castles and architecture in out ancient cities to the vast expanse of wilderness in our hills and glens, there really is so much to see and explore. It would be my honor to show you the sights of this amazing wee country, and leave you with memories that will last a lifetime, with lots of fun and laughs along the way. Overview of your Glasgow tour
The Outlander series has taken the world by storm! Let me take you to some of the most iconic locations where you can follow in the footsteps of Claire & Jamie. This is your opportunity to see for yourself where it all happened. You will be collected from either Ocean Terminal and from there we will set off on a journey around the five most famous locations, enjoying some breathtaking scenery along the way. Locations include: Falkland:- This was the location of 1946 Inverness, where Frank & Claire enjoyed their second honeymoon, and where the mysterious Highlander watched Claire from the fountain. Doune Castle: The home of Colum MacKenzie and where they played their great game of shinty after the boar hunt. Deanston Distillery: This was the location used as the French Wine Cellars in the show. This is also where we stop for lunch. Blackness Castle: Captain Jonathan Randall's HQ, where Jamie was flogged by Black Jack. Midhope Castle: The family home of Jamie Fraser, Lallybroch.

Departure from Glasgow - Arrival Ardrossan to catch the ferry - Take the ferry to Arran - Spend 4 hours exploring Arran - Depart Arran on the ferry - Travel back to Glasgow from Ardrossan.
