We had a great day with Graeme and his sidekick, his adorable terrier Teddy. They took us to many Outlander sites, some that we’d be unable to see if we’d gone on a big tour bus instead. Of course the highlight of our tour was seeing Lallybroch.
Graeme was an excellent tour guide. We enjoyed our Outlander excursion. He recommended a great place for lunch. It was an excellent tour and we would highly recommend Graeme.
Graeme showed us a wonderful time during our day. He was very open to our wishes for the tour. Teddy was an added bonus! Can’t wait to book another tour with Graeme and Teddy!
We had a group of 14 and we all loved our tour with Graeme. It was everything he advertised. He had 2 vans for us and the second driver/guide Christina was excellent also. They knew their history of the area as they wove in the series Outlander to the castles and areas we visited. This is a must see tour you won't be disappointed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Graeme and Teddy! He was fun to be with and had a lot of knowledge to share. He planned ahead for a wonderful lunch and visit with the Highland Coos!! We were able to see all of the places that we wanted to see. He had water and biscuits for us as well. Lovely time!!!
A very good tour guide… very helpful, full of information and aware,of,customer needs. Graeme was also flexible … we had a party of 4 and asked for some flexibility along the way.. he was great !
This Outlander tour departing from Greenock Cruise Ship Port or the city of Glasgow, will visit some of the film locations in the popular TV series. Your journey will pass the historic town of Stirling, soaking up the rich history of King Robert the Bruce and Sir William Wallace on the way to Doune Castle (Castle Leoch). Whilst in Doune Castle you can experience an excellent audio guide narrated by Outlander star Sam Heughan, learning about the many film locations which has featured this castle. Next stop is Jamie's family home, Midhope Castle (Lallybroch), this is a firm favourite for all the lady Outlander fans. After a short journey, arriving at Blackness Castle featured as Jack Randall's headquarters, walking on the castle walls and see where Jamie and Claire jumped into the River Forth. Final destination of this fabulous tour is the charming village of Culross (Cranesmuir), home of Geillis Duncan, walking on its cobbled streets and visiting Claire's herb garden. Returning to Greenock/Glasgow.
