I started working as a tour guide in 2000. In the meantime I went back to University to study Art History, 3 years. I am an experienced, personal & professional Licensed Guide fully authorised to guide inside museums and historic sites. Passionate, super flexible, very knowledgeable about Gaudí's architecture, Dalí's, Miró's, Picasso's paintings, Jewish heritage, my culture & my country. I am looking forward to bringing my love for: - art, history, food (I have wonderful recommendations for the best restaurants), lifestyle, boutiques (I do Shopping tours, I can help you to find the perfect gift). I work for schools and I love kids! I know how to keep them engaged, even teenagers! I'll give you a real feel of what it is like to be a local and I'll take you off the beaten path . I love been a storyteller and giving you a mix of history and current culture facts including some good temptations. Wonderful memories are to come in a place but is the people you meet what it makes it UNFORGETTABLE!! That's my GOAL! Let me be your personal guide and show you things in a short few hours that would take you weeks of research and years of experience to teach you. It would be my absolute pleasure! As I want everybody to keep unforgettable memories of Barcelona and Catalonia. I will do my best to customise for you the perfect tour, based on your special interests and as I already said. . . I am in love with Antonio Gaudí. . . and the best way to do a tour of Gaudí is with children, because he was one of them. They see things we forgot to look at, maybe because we are always in a hurry? The best tour I have ever done was with a group of 20 children of 5 years old! That was the real Gaudí Experience. . . they just need some help. . . A guide that explains what they need to know and where to look. All together we can experience what Gaudí wanted us to know about him and his work. Let me be the one who will explain and tell you some stories about him. Let's play and have fun while we are learning. And in between we will have a little stop to try our hot chocolate with churros which is different from yours, have you ever tried? I love questions so please don't hesitate to ask me. When are you coming? This is a PRIVATE TOUR FOR YOUR PARTY ONLY I can create a customized tour in case you have any special request
Our itinerary starts in front of Casa Batlló in Passeig de Gràcia and includes: - Casa Batlló (outside) - Casa Milà -La Pedrera-Gaudí Museum (outside) - Park Güell (inside) - Stop to try Hot chocolate & churros or snack. (not included) We'll do a little stop to try the famous hot chocolate and churros! That could be a nice break for the kids and then continue. - Sagrada Familia (inside) Tour ends in Sagrada Familia so like this you have the possibility to stay as much as you like! Walking and public transport taxi/ metro If you wish, I can always arrange a luxurious private van. You can always ask to add it at an additional cost.
Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
In front of Casa Batlló in Passeig de Gràcia, 43. Do you want to start from the pier because you are coming by cruise? Perfect! however it would require adding the cost of a private car, due to the difficulty of finding reliable transportation from the Port of Barcelona
