Explore Ibiza your way

At ToursByLocals, we believe that how you explore is just as important as where you go. That’s why every Ibiza tour is private, flexible, and built around you: Move at your own pace, skip the crowds, make connections and follow your curiosity. Find local guides offering private tours in Ibiza for every interest, including:

Nature and Wildlife tours: Watch birds across the Ses Salines salt flats, then hike to the Torre des Savinar viewpoint for a look at Es Vedrà or snorkel clear coves like Cala Xarraca. Your guide can also arrange a small‑boat tour to quiet beaches when the weather cooperates.

Food and Drink tours: Share bullit de peix at a favourite seaside chiringuito and taste flaó at a family bakery in Dalt Vila. Add a winery visit at Can Rich de Buscastell or a sip of hierbas ibicencas at a local producer in Santa Eulària.

Shopping tours: Spend a morning at the Las Dalias Hippy Market in Sant Carles or Punta Arabí in Es Canar, then browse indie boutiques in Dalt Vila and Marina Botafoch. For village charm, your tour can include design shops and cafés in Santa Gertrudis.

Old‑town areas are walkable, and island buses connect main resorts, but service can be limited late at night or in the off‑season. For flexible timing and rural stops, book a chauffeured tour or ask your guide to include private transportation.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all itinerary, you can tailor your private tour to match your interests, pace and personality with a local who knows Ibiza inside and out.

Day trip ideas from Ibiza

Once you’ve settled into Ibiza, look to nearby islands, quiet villages, and wild coastlines for easy day trips and relaxed tours that change the pace without losing the island vibe.

- Formentera: ride the ferry to white sand at Ses Illetes, snorkel in clear shallows, and climb to La Mola lighthouse for views, while your tour can map a simple bike loop linking beach time with cafés in Sant Francesc and Es Pujols.

- Ses Salines & the salt flats: see wide salt pans that glow at sunset, spot flamingos in season, then pair a long swim at Platja de Ses Salines with a shoreline walk to Torre de ses Portes for breezy views and photo stops.

- Es Vedrà viewpoints & Cala d’Hort coast: set up for cliffside views of the rock island, linger for sunset, and thread between small coves like Cala d’Hort and Cala Carbó, which suits hikers, photographers, and calm-water swimmers.

- Santa Gertrudis and the inland heart: browse small galleries and cafés around the square, sample local cheeses and cured meats, and add vineyard backroads near Sant Mateu for a slow food day that keeps driving short and scenery strong.

A private tour with a local guide is the best way to really get to know a place. Skip the crowds, follow your interests, and see a side of Ibiza most travellers miss.
