His two major masterpieces in the city, the Palau de la Música Catalana and the Sant Pau Hospital, are UNESCO World Heritage Sites and absolute must-sees for anyone interested in architecture, culture, or history. -We will begin the tour with a guided visit to the stunning Palau de la Música Catalana. You’ll explore its spectacular interior and learn why it is considered one of the most extraordinary Modernista buildings in Barcelona. -We will then continue on foot to the famous “Mansana de la Discòrdia,” or “Block of Discord.” Here, we’ll admire the exterior of Casa Lleó Morera by Domènech i Montaner and talk about the three main figures of Barcelona’s Modernista movement. -We will end the tour with a visit to the impressive Sant Pau Hospital. We’ll take a short taxi ride to reach this architectural gem, where we will explore its beautiful pavilions and gardens from the inside.
