If you are looking for things to in Barcelona, this tour is your first introduction to the city. With a local tour guide and I will make sure you take the most out of your time! Barcelona is a modern and cosmopolitan city and has an extremely interesting ancient history too. This tour consists of a panoramic drive through the main streets of Barcelona and includes stops at 4 places of interest. En route, I will tell you the history of our city. I will point out tourist attractions. I will also tell you anecdotes and stories to understand the idiosyncrasy of the Barcelonians. The first stop will be made at a height of 200 ft above the see level. From the Miramar viewpoint, we will see the whole city and I will point out the places that we will see during the tour. We will drive by the Olympic stadium, Plaça Espanya, Gran Via, Plaza Catalunya, etc. We will also stop at Paseo de Gracia, Sagrada Familia and Las Ramblas. Barcelona is waiting for you!
Julie was excellent . She prepared an excellent tour of what we wanted to see and made arrangements to have the tour in a van so we didn't have much walking. Her knowledge of the Sangria Familia was excellent and she explained all the intricacies of the church, both inside and out.
We truly enjoyed our tour with Julie. She was a lovely, down to earth person and a wealth of knowledge. She was able to adjust the plans perfectly to fit any unforeseen situation. Julie was able to explain the intricacies of Barcelona, the Catalan life style and history. She was equally adept at educating us on the amazing creative mind of Antoni Gaudi, his parks, structures and of course, the Sagrada Familia.

We had a wonderful time with Julie as she showed us the highlights that Barcelona has to offer. She is a friendly, cheerful person and our youngest daughter took an instant liking to her. Julie was able to accommodate our particular needs and was always happy to take our photos as we took in the many places of interest, focusing on the architecture of Gaudi and the most impressive Sagrada Familia.
