Hola! Welcome to Guadalajara, the city where you going to enjoy not only its culture, history, architecture but also its traditions, customs and food as local. But Let me introduce myself my name is Berenice. I studied Marketing in the University of Guadalajara, after that I had a scholarship to teach Mexican Culture in France, this experience opened and changed the way to see the world and appreciated my country, my city and overall be proud of my culture. After that, I headed to Buenos Aires to study a Master Degree and lived and shared one of the happiest moments in my life. After working for many years in import and export companies, I decided to follow my dreams: my passion of walking, meeting people and show through murals, legends, statues, buildings, etc. how interesting and beautiful Guadalajara is. All my tours can be customized upon request, feel free to contact me. -Certified General Tour Guide since 2016. I am not a driver. I can arrange for a separate a secure car and driver. I am only 70% French Spoken

This experience is about understanding Guadalajara through its modern architecture. We’ll walk through key areas influenced by Luis Barragán’s style, exploring how color, light, and space shape the way the city feels and functions. Along the way, you’ll learn why Guadalajara became an important place for Mexican modern architecture and how these ideas continue to influence everyday life. Rather than focusing only on famous buildings, the tour highlights simple details, design choices, and stories that help you read the city more easily and enjoy it at a slower pace. We’ll finish the walk at a local taquería, sharing authentic tacos and conversation, and connecting architecture, culture, and food in a relaxed and memorable way.
