Panoramic Budapest Trip on Foot

Can't recommend Andrea highly enough. Strong on history and context - but more than anything brought Budapest to life as only a life long resident can. Really enjoyable way to spend four hours. You'll be in excellent hands.

We had a fantastic experience with Andrea from initial communication thru our amazing 3 days of touring Budapest and the Danube Bend. Andrea understood our touring priorities, was very accommodating, and arranged a tour of Budapest and the Danube Bend in which we saw all the sites. Even more than seeing the beautiful sites, Andrea explained everything we were seeing along with its history in an interesting and relevant manner, so that we truly understood what we were seeing. Andrea was an absolutely wonderful tour guide. We toured around the Castle Hill District and she planned a great tour for us. Her knowledge of the area was brilliant and we appreciated her sharing stories of the area. She also accommodated the challenges we had in walking and we were learned a lot from her about the district and the more recent history of Hungary. We would highly recommend her as a guide given her knowledge and her tailoring our tour to our interests.

We wanted to learn from a guide and get oriented to Budapest prior to boarding a river cruise. Andrea was the perfect solution! Andrea was a great guide! Having lived in Budapest all her life she knew the past and present of seemingly every city block. We did much by foot but also used the subway and above ground tram. We felt like locals getting around. She also made reservations for us at a hard to book restaurant. We loved getting to know her and her amazing city.
