Budapest is the Paris of eastern Europe, it is cited as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, ranked as "the world's second best city " by Condé Nast Traveler and " Europe's 7th most idyllic place to live " by Forbes. The city lies at the rank of the Danube which divides the city into two parts: Buda and Pest. Budapest is a real cosmopolitan city with strengths in commerce, finance, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education and entertainment. It is ranked as the second fastest-developing urban economy in Europe which is waiting you to discover it. Being a local patriote, I am inviting you to come with me strolling around in my city where there is always something going on. . . I have a 4 years old BMW 116 ED so three people can easily be seated and if you are more than three, then I will rent you a minivan. All my tours are customizable upon request. - I am a licenced guide since 1997 - Driving licence since 1991, so I am a driver-guide. - I am an English teacher. - I have a French language exam. Being a fully licenced guide, I have no restrictions.

Overview of your Budapest tour
If you would like to stroll in a peaceful village in the Danube Bend region, I take you on a 25-minute drive from Budapest to this colorful picturesque artist's village called Szentendre. We walk around the baroque town, built on medieval ruins and go along the narrow streets up to the panorama point to enjoy the special atmosphere of the village. We stop at the Confectionery Museum (buildings and people made of marzipan) and visit the Margit Kovacs Ceramics Museum. We visit the Miniature museum where you are not going to believe to your eyes and I give you some time for shopping. We will have a lovely walk in the promenade of the Danube staring at the ships passing by. An ice-cream is a must here! My female-clients love the variety of the shops as well. Got you curious? On the way we stop at the former royal residence of the hungarian kings. From the top of the hill we enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Danube bend. We can visit the Wax museum of the castle.

Our day with Gabriella in Szentendre & Visegrád (Hungary) was wonderful. After starting from our River Ship in Budapest, we spent a magical morning in Visegrád and visited the remains of the summer palace of King Matthias Corvinus of Hungary. We had a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant filled with interesting memorabilia. We loved Gabriella's tour of the town of Szentendre visiting wonderful shops and the Marzipan Museum. We look forward to returning and more of Gabriella's tours!

I will pick you up at your hotel and drive you directly to Visegrád where we are going to visit the former Royal Palace (Wax museum is optional) - enjoying the breathtaking view over the Danube bend. - Then we drive to Szentendre: we pass by the museum of miniatures, - the Margit Kovács or Marzipan museum, strolling in the streets and shopping then around 17h we start our drive back to Budapest. This tour is fully customizable according to travelers' requests.
