Adam has a wonderful amount of knowledge on Hungary. Its places and history came alive as he took us around the city. He loves Hungary and Budapest and helped us to have a greater appreciation for its beauty and people.

This tour is one of the best we have had with Tours by Locals. Adam showed us Budapest we wouldn't have appreciated without his incredible knowledge of the city's history. He had pictures of what things looked in the past and what we they are now. We didn't have to fall in line for tickets at the sights because he knew the fastest way to get them. Adam, was great guide. He whisked around Budapest over our two days with him and even took the time to find and drop us off at our tour boat docked way out of the city center where we were staying. He is kind, patient, and has a knowledge of the city, it's history and culture which is amazing. We saw all the sites, which he explained in detail. He also tried to explain the recent past from 1989 to today and how the city is changing physically, socially, economically and politically.
