Hi there and welcome to my profile page! Born and raised in the eternal city Rome ( and I am super proud) , travel and culture addicted, tour guide and tour leader. I consider myself a traveller in my city and my tours reflect my curiosity, passion for culture, history , art and. . . . beer! I came here in Munich many years ago to study german and beer history. And I am still here cause I love this city, its quality of life, its culture, its " Gemütlichkeit". I am sure that visitors from all over the world, from all walks of life, have testified to the unique social atmosphere permeating the city! And I think that the city's uniqueness arises from its beer culture! When you seat in a beer hall or in a beer garden the atmosphere is so relaxed, so egalitarian, democratic . . . that you could almost forget you are in Germany!! After years of study and cultural immersion, I’ve successfully brought the heart of Rome to the soul of Munich. I invite you to see this city through my eyes—a native Roman who found her second home, and her favorite beer, right here in Bavaria. My Educational background: I have studied languages in Rome, ( English, German and French) and then I moved to Switzerland, Geneva where I obtained a Degree in history of Art. In order to pay my university fees I used to work as a tour guide at the United Nation office and it is when I realized I loved to meet people from different countries and share my knowledge with them. Back to Italy I obtained the license of Tour Leader and started to work in the tourism industry! In Munich I attended the prestigious Doemens academy and obtained a Diplom as Beer sommelier . My mission and passion: I have a cosmopolitan soul and attitude! I've lived and traveled in many different countries : Japan, USA, Switzerland, Brazil, and beyond. My travels have fueled my love for meeting people from diverse backgrounds and my passion for beer , wine and food . My mission is to offer unique 5 senses experiences, go where locals go, make you feel at home! Why choose me as your private guide: I have a warm and bubbly ( like a beer or prosecco) personality ; As a licensed Biersommelier, I work with the best locals to offer unique insights into the craft beer scene and local eateries wherever I go. Whether you want to see the city's top attractions or explore the best beer locations, I'm here to make your visit unforgettable. Please get in touch to book a private tour with me! Degree in History of Art; Licensed Tour Leader; Licensed Tour guide Rome; Licensed guide of the United Nations Office at Geneva; Licensed Biersommelier Doemens; Licensed Wine Guide Tuscany; Hopsommelier Barthhaas; I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver. People under 16 years are NOT allowed to drink in Germany. Bear in mind if you want to join one of my beer tours

Located on Herrenchiemsee island in lake Chiemsee the Royal Palace of Herrenchiemsee also called The New Palace, was the third of Ludwig II palaces, the most expensive and the most elaborated. Those who have been in France may find " The new Palace" familiar to Versailles. Ludwig II passionately admired Louis XIV of France who was the image of grandeur and decline during the XVIIth century and set out to build a palace modeled after Versailles but exceeding it. What was this obsession with a monarch from another country and century? Why was Ludwig II called " Mad King"? What about his mysterious death? During the tour, I will answer all these questions and you will learn more about this enigmatic man.
- We begin the tour in Munich at the main train station at 9:30. The train leaves at 9:44 and after one hour ride, we reach the town of Prien am Chiemsee. From there we catch the 1859 original steamed train that will take us down to the port. - From the port, a 15 minutes ferry ride will take us to Herreninsel to tour Ludwig's Palace. - After the castle guided tour we continue our lake cruise by ferry To Frauenchiemsee island and visit the old nouns monastery and its Romanesque church. - We can have lunch or taste a beer at the "Inselbrau" which is one of the smallest breweries in Germany. The island is especially beautiful during springtime when flowers are blossoming. - We will then cross the lake Chiemsee one last time to go back to Prien and from there reach the train station in order to go back to Munich at around 7:15 pm I am more than willing to customize this tour according to your preferences, please contact me for a customized tour
