I consider myself to be a very passionate Guide and I have a wonderful rapport with my customers . As a Driver/Guide I am able to show you some of the most beautiful places and towns here in the Bavarian Alpine Region. Every tour is customized to your and your families special likes and needs. The Tours that I lead range from lovely mountain villages with charming castles to Innsbruck, Salzburg, up and down the Romantic Road, Passau and much more. I have lived in the beautiful State of Colorado for a long time and therefore in great command of English language and aware of American culture. Originally I am from the beautiful city of Vienna , Austria. In 2007 I returned to Europe thanks to my husband Kevin(also a certified guide on TBL), and now I love to show my guests this truly amazing and lovely part of the world . You will find me friendly, very flexible, punctual and very knowledgeable about European history with its many Kings, Castles and sometimes unfortunate hardships. Guests are also always appreciative of my 100 % commitment and people say I have a good sense of humor. I also love to have kids on my tours and I know how to rearrange the tours when children come along so there is also fun time for them. Happy kids, happy parents ! I will pick you up at your hotel at 9:30 and first we visit the most important sights of Munich. For lunch though we have special treat as we drive through the countryside to visit the holy mountain Andech outside Munich. For centuries, Andechs Monastery has attracted pilgrims and has become well-known as a cultural center as well as for its seven varieties of Andechs Monastery beer and for its gastronomy.
Munich is such a great city and Bridget was able to give us an outline for what to see and do. We had her for the 3 days we spent in Munich and she had a great plan for those days to pack the most in for our allotted time without totally exhausting us all(and we had a great age difference in the 5 members of our group!). She was flexible with our schedule and thorough with our seeing Munich!
Bridget was fantastic! Great tour, great guide, and really nice to have the comfort of the Mercedes Van.
Bridget is awesome. Our family of 4 spent three full days with her taking the tours she offers that include Castle Neuschwanstein, Salzburg, and Andechs Monastery. The time we saved by being with her enabled us to do so much in our short visit. We really need to schedule another trip to Bavaria, there is so much more to do!!! Thanks for such a great trip Bridget! (My husbands favorite day included the BMW museum and the beer at Andechs!)
- Pick up of you and your guests in a comfy car at your preferred location. Hotel or airport. - We will first visit Nymphenburg Palace with a photo stop. - Afterwards a short drive to the fascinating BMW World where we will see and touch fascinating cars. - Afterwards we leave the city and drive into the Bavarian Countryside to visit the Holy Mountain Adechs with its amazing brewery and beer-garden for a wonderful lunch. - Return to Munich I am more than willing to customize this tour according to your preferences, please contact me for a customized tour
