Hi, I'm Michelle, originally from Michigan in the US. I've been living in Germany for 13 years now and enjoying it very much. I studied English Language and Literature at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. We will begin our tour at an old city gate at Karlsplatz Stachus. There you will discover the interesting beginnings of the origins of Christmas. From there we'll walk to the center of old town, discussing Christmas and viewing the festive market stalls and churches along the way.
