Overview of your Munich tour
I love Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It is my home and source of constant inspiration. I would love to pick you guys up in Munich and join you for the informative hour and a half train ride into the Garmisch where we will stop at my favorite beer garden to discuss the birth of the Freicorps while enjoying an amazing meal and beverage. After lunch we will walk over to the famous Zum Bauer for a two hour laugh-a-thon as we twist and pull making our own pretzels for the train ride home. With our recipe card and pretzels in hand we then slowly make our way back to the train station with tons of history, free chocolate, and great memories to take with as we ride back into the city.
Your Munich tour itinerary
- Pick up at the Munich Main Train Station at 9:45 a.m. - Transportation to Garmisch-Partenkirchen by train with history along the way - A leisurely stroll into Garmisch for history, sights, and more - A stop for lunch at the famous Schranne beer garden - Then to Zum Bauer for a two hour pretzel making course with three pretzels per person :) - A stroll back through town with a stop at the local chocolate shop for free samples - I get ya back on the on the train to Munich with pretzels and memories. I don't ride back with you to the city but it is a direct train ride that you will have already made once with me.
