Garmisch-Partenkirchen Walking Tour and Pretzel Making Course

Jake was a very professional and punctual guide. His historical knowledge of Garmisch-Partenkirchen was informative and interesting. In particular, we enjoyed the pretzel making class which was fun and entertaining. Overall, it was a very good tour and we enjoyed Jake's insights into the region and the culture.

Unforgettable time in Garmisch-Partenkirchen! Jake's tour intended to experience the culinary delights of Garmisch-Partenkirchen was everything my brother and I thought it could be. However, we weren't expecting such a rich delve into the history of G-P and Bavaria in general. Jake is not only a wonderful historian, but he is an incredible story teller. He is able to connect the dots from the significant people and places of the lead up to WWII all the way to award winning chocolate factories.

Jake was an amazing tour guide with so much knowledge of the local area! He is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. I would HIGHLY recommend any tour with Jake. He knows a lot of the locals and will definitely show you all the great places to shop and eat as well! Best tour we have ever had, hands down!

Jake is a guide rock-star! His depth of Knowledge of Partenkirchen and Garmisch was extremely deep. I was impressed at the range of access that he had to the spots that we stopped in. He had some very interesting stories to tell about the buildings, people and history. I am also under the impression that he knows almost everyone in the city given that almost everyone we passed on the street acknowledged/said hello to him as we passed by or entered their establishment.
