Fluent in English, German, and Greek, I’m a natural storyteller with a deep love for history, art, wine, and culture. With over a decade of experience in guiding, I bring a rich perspective to Bordeaux’s past and present — from Roman Roots, through the Middle Ages, the Wine Business, the French Revolution, and up to Modern Life in Bordeaux. I’ve guided curious travellers through Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, the Médoc, Sauternes, Poitiers, Lascaux, and Arcachon. Whether you’re drawn to medieval intrigue, ancient civilisations, the intricacies of the Bordeaux wine, or you're just looking for an authentic walk through this city, I’ll tailor the experience to match your interests and your pace. Expect insider tips on the best local spots — and plenty of good stories along the way. Let’s make history come alive — together!

We will spend the day visiting the exhibition at the Bassin du Lumieres, Cite du Vin (Wine Museum), and the cathedral Saint Andre. The Bassin du Lumieres is situated in the old submarine station and is a digital exhibition including music and projected art. The images reflect in the water of the submarine pools and the visitors can walk around in their own rhythm. It is dream like experience full of light, colour and music. A memorable immersion into a world of art, both modern and old. The exhibition currently on focuses on Vermeer, Van Gogh and several other Dutch artists of the Golden Age. Cite du Vin is the Wine Museum of Bordeaux, an interactive world of discovery how wine is made, its history from Antiquity onwards, modern wine making methods etc. The visit includes one glass of wine tasting on the panoramic floor. The magnificent cathedral Saint Andre is the heart of Bordeaux and we will visit the romanesque and gothic portal, as well as the interior with the many statues and paintings.
