If you are a wine lover and you enjoy discovering new hidden historic sides this is a tour for you! During our journey I will help you discover the wine-making secrets of some of the world's most famous Bordeaux wines and to enjoy a guided visit through the colorful Medieval village of Saint-Emilion part of the UNESCO World Heritage. Its ancient architecture and beautiful cobblestone streets will make you travel back in time. This tour includes always private visit and tasting of two charming and prestigious Grand Cru chateaux of the St. Emilion and/or Pomerol appellation. For lunch you can enjoy a French gastronomic restaurant overlooking the vineyards or if you prefer you can have a nice picnic or plate of local French cheese and charcuterie on the terrace of a beautiful wine chateau. We will have a private driver and I can be a 100% with you telling you about the area. My only goal is that you enjoy the most your day in the middle of the beautiful Bordeaux vineyards and wine chateaux!
Galia was a fantastic guide. My husband and I had a perfect day visiting three chateaus on Galia's tour, driven by her kind and helpful husband. Galia seems to know everyone and everything about the Saint Emilion wine region. She took us to places that we never would have encountered on our own. Matt and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with Galia and her driver (also her hubby). They were both delightful to spend the day with. Galia was professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable about the Grand Cru Classes of St. Emilion wines, the region, and all things Bordeaux. It was such a delightful day. We learned so much. She offered many ideas for dining in Bordeaux as well and offered any other help we might need while we were there for four days. We will come back as it gave us a new taste of what the region offers. Kudos and thanks to Galia!

My wife and I took the “Saint Emilion and its Famous Chateaux tour” with Galia on May 24, 2024. We traveled in a private car, driven by her husband Greg. The day will always be a treasured memory for us as we enjoyed every minute of our tour and the time spent with her and her husband. Galia is very well versed in the area, thoughtful, compassionate, detail oriented and was determined to make our day special. She more than succeeded!!! Between visiting two chateaux, we had a fabulous lunch sitting on the back deck of the restaurant overlooking beautiful gardens. My wife was very touched, when at the end of the tour, they gave her a cookbook of local dishes printed in English as a birthday gift. We came away feeling as if we had just spent the day with lovely friends.
I will pick you up with my private experienced driver from your hotel or cruise ship. • We will start the tour with an hour private visit of a charming Grand Cru Classe chateau of Saint Emilion appellation. This visit is combined with a tasting of two of the chateau's wines of exceptional quality and unique character. • We walk through the medieval village of St. Emilion. I will tell you all about its history and anecdotes. • We will have a lunch in a French gastronomic restaurant overlooking the vineyards. Please let me know if you have any food preferences. • After lunch an hour private visit of a beautiful chateau of St. Emilion appellation or a prestigious wine chateau of Pomerol if you prefer. You will discover its vineyards, vat room and cellar before tasting their delicious wines. • Our journey could end with a relaxing tasting on a lovely terrace if you desire. The tour will always include private visits in English of charming and prestigious Grand Cru Classe chateaux.
