From the time Alan picked us up at the port, we knew we were going to enjoy this tour. His van was amazing along with his personality. He took us to some out of the way places that were very interesting and beautiful, like the Rosslyn Chapel He knows his history. We were definitely told stories about Scotland that we would have never know. Great, great day!

Loved the tour, loved Alan. I have been to Edinburgh a number of times but this time I was with my parents, who are in their 80s and have never been there. A tour in a van seemed the perfect way to introduce them to Edinburgh. Alan was a delight, a great storyteller, and "a font"! I couldn't recommend any more highly.
