Let's take your party on an executive trip to the Culloden battlefield of 1746. At this battlefield, I will share all the events building up to it, as well as those during and also those post battle. After this batlle, this is where Highland life changed forever.

We'll travel to Clava cairns too, to discover its 4000 year-old magical but mysterious location and standing stones, as well as to the world famous Loch Ness to see It's outstanding beauty with breathtaking views that intrigues both young and old.

We'll also visit the ruins of castle Urquhart, which stand on the Loch's shoreline. Perhaps as we view the loch we might gaze out looking for the legendary Nessie! And of course feed our Hairy Cows!

Welcome to Scotland!

Join me to travel along the Great Glen, which is a fault line stretching for miles south into the Atlantic and north into the North Sea.

On our way we will visit Urquhart Castle. It is 700-800 years old, and it has seen a lot of action, going through many hands of different clans and the royal family alike. I will tell you many stories about the Loch Ness monster (Nessie). You can't come to Scotland and miss out on Nessie. Plenty of photo stops along the banks of Loch Ness.
We then drive back to Inverness where you will have time to have lunch, stretch your legs, take more photos and browse the shops.
We then visit the famous Culloden Battlefield. It has been restored as close as possible to how it was when the battle took place in April 1746.
Clava Cairns is our last stop of the day. A 4000 year old cairn that is still a mystery but became even more famous because of the Outlander TV series.

The Highland Classic: my most popular day tour! I enjoy this tour as it captures lochs, castles and battlefields which epitomises our history.

We will travel South through the village of Beauly, climbing to over 1000ft above Loch Ness, where the Mountain views are simply stunning then onward to our first stop of the day, Urquhart Castle.

From here its just a wee drive to Inverness for some free time to explore the City and have some lunch, and then its onto the The Clava Cairns. They are a fascinating and historical burial tombs that date back almost 4000yrs. A Clava Cairn is a type of circular chamber tomb cairn from the Bronze Age, from here the next stop is Culloden Battlefield.

Culloden Battlefield has been restored as close as possible to how it was when the battle took place in April 1746. Their is a fantastic state of the art visitors centre, where we have time to take in over 250yrs of history and artefacts since the Battle.

From here, its just a wee drive back you your ship or accommodation.

A Full Day Tour to Loch Ness out of Inverness

You will love our circuit around Loch Ness and the breathtaking scenery we experience. The day will be a lot of fun (if you can cope with my humour!) and my aim is to give you a wonderful experience which you will remember always!

You can risk your toes being nibbled by Nessie and we will stop where you want for the best photos.

I can tell you stories around this massive stretch of water that go back hundreds of years, we can spend time in fascinating Fort Augustus with its Caledonian Canal locks designed by the world famous Thomas Telford, and stop off in Invermoriston for its lovely bridge, waterfalls and St Columba's Well.

On to the iconic Urquhart Castle ruins and visitor centre. This day tour will provide you with a feast for the eyes and the soul. I am sure of that! it is one of my favourites, I just love the views and contrasts from high above the Loch to Loch side. Quite outstanding. You will love it too.

Over The Sea to (secret) Skye- private transportation

The journey to Skye takes us through many majestic landscapes. Travelling the Great Glen alongside Loch Ness, we'll head northwest at Invermoriston, passing the Five Sisters of Kintail before descending through the site of The Battle of Glen Shiel towards Loch Duich and our first glimpse of the west coast.

We'll take time for a visit to Eilean Donan Castle before heading over the Skye Bridge. Our time on Skye will be spent away from the crowds, exploring the beautiful Sleat Peninsula, "The Garden of Skye". Our visit to Isle Ornsay allows time to explore the curious Gaelic craft and whisky shops and gallery. . . we can pop back in here later for a whisky tasting too!

We continue south to Armadale Castle &amp; Gardens, and then to the southernmost point of Skye along the most picturesque road on the island. The views to Knoydart, Loch Nevis and The Isles of Eigg &amp; Rhum are simply breathtaking.
If time allows, we can return to the mainland by the Glenelg ferry route back to Inverness
