Heliana was incredible! She was knowledgeable and timely in our travel. She accomplished all that we asked and made our day so amazing. She was fun and so positive even in the heat! She parked as close to the sites as she could and maneuvered the traffic and narrow streets well. We couldn't have asked for more!

Heliana made it a point of including all of us as part of our tour. She focused on food with me, shopping and fashion for my wife and history for my son. She is very personable and was very easy to work with in meeting, finding a place for lunch and point out facts the we found and noticed along the tour route. Five stars!

We had a great time with Heliana! She picked the 6 of us up at the port and drove to Pisa and then to the Florence. She was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of both places. She took us to a great place to stop and get lunch. The food was amazing! Highly would recommend her for a tour especially for Florence!
