Heliana is a great guide, very knowledgeable. As a licensed driver, she was able to drive us to sites in Florence that are otherwise pedestrian only, great if you are traveling with someone with limited mobility. Highly recommend!

Heliana was incredible! She was knowledgeable and timely in our travel. She accomplished all that we asked and made our day so amazing. She was fun and so positive even in the heat! She parked as close to the sites as she could and maneuvered the traffic and narrow streets well. We couldn't have asked for more!
