We had a great time with Heliana! She picked the 6 of us up at the port and drove to Pisa and then to the Florence. She was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of both places. She took us to a great place to stop and get lunch. The food was amazing! Highly would recommend her for a tour especially for Florence!
Heliana, our guide for the day was Awesome. Her engaging personality set the tone for the day. You will find her very knowledgeable of Italy and the Tuscany area, we visited Siena and San Gimignano and the beautiful Tuscany countryside. She made all 6 of us, Senior Americans, very happy with our day.
We were extremely pleased with our tour of Florence conducted by Heliana. We visited the Ufizzi and the Pitti Palace. She is extremely knowledgeable concerning art and the artists. She made excellent arrangements for our transportation from the port city to Florence and within the city of Florence itself. Her English is excellent. She has a very pleasant personality and was able to minimize crowds to the extent that is possible and heavily frequented tourist attractions. She was very good at keeping our young grandsons, ages 11 and nine, engaged in the tour. I highly recommend her as a tour guide.

Heliana was amazing from start to finish. She customized the tour for us, and even changed it to include a wine tasting at a very unique spot. She explained history and the culture of the areas we visited, which were Siena and San Gimignano. Along the drive between cities, she pointed out areas of interest and how they were relevant . I can't recommend her enough! IF you are looking for the ultimate tour, you have to contact Heliana!
Heliana was so sweet! We were delighted by her love and passion for her home (Florence) - her eyes lit up when she described something (even though she has done it a million times!) and she took such pride watching our expression and awe when we saw so many astonishing sites!
