CUSTOMIZED tour of Florence informative, flexible and relaxed.

Heliana made it a point of including all of us as part of our tour. She focused on food with me, shopping and fashion for my wife and history for my son. She is very personable and was very easy to work with in meeting, finding a place for lunch and point out facts the we found and noticed along the tour route. Five stars!

Heliana was fantastic. In advance of our trip, we communicated, and she asked questions about our interest. She put together a great tour so we could see as much of Florence in the time we had. She also provided some great recommendations on restaurants. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to see Florence through the eyes of a local.

Heliana is a joy to be with! She is very knowledgeable about all things Florentine & fulfilled our wishes to see the "off the beaten path" Florence. We visited many stores where Florentines shop, including a beautiful ceramics & home goods store, fashionable clothing shops & markets with a wide variety of goods, such as jewelry, antiques, & vintage clothing. The adventure continued with a trip to the food market, the produce was to die for! We enjoyed Heliana's company so much that we invited her to join us for lunch. We ate at the market, it was delicious & inexpensive. While we walked, she shared a wealth of information in a friendly & informal manner. My shy 20-year-old daughter warmed up to her immediately. 100% highly recommend Heliana for any tour in Florence! Next time, maybe a cooking class or the David. Heliana can make it all happen!
