I was born and raised here in Livorno, the sea gateway to Tuscany. I organize tours all over the region and transfers all over Italy. I cater mainly, but not only, to cruise guests who have limited time to spend ashore. I have designed some private tours geared on them, to allow the clients to visit the Tuscany highlights and "off the beaten path" destinations too. Although I am not a licensed guide and I cannot take people inside museums, I am able to deliver a commentary giving basic informations about the places you are going to visit. The tour includes roundtrip transportation and english speaking driver-guide. I arrange cycling tours as well! I provide top notch hybrid or road bikes, me as english speaking guide, helmets, transportation to the tour starting point and back to the ship. I also provide transfers all over Italy to or from any Tuscany's destinations. I have a License for driving people on a minivan, and for delivering cycling tours as well. I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside historical monuments or museums.

The Chianti is one of the oldest Italy's wine district, in the middle of Tuscany region. It is one of the most pictoresque Italy's area, made of rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, as wine and olive oil are the main crops here. Here and there stand small old villages deeply related to the life and productions of the countryside, we will make a stop in one of them. On this tour we will drive through the harth of the region with a visit in one of the oldes winery, where you can taste the wines with local produces. Different options are possible: from a simple wine tasting to a complete meal. The visit is leads by the local guide who will explain the wine making process, with visit to the the cellars, vineyard and others facilities. According to the time spent on the winery, it is possible to add a short visit to Florence or Pisa to see the Leaning Tower
Leonardo was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us on track during a busy day. Having a headset and speaker in the car was a huge plus for our group of eight. He stayed in touch with us to make our tour fit the schedule of the places we visited.
We had a customized tour and he was on time. He gave us nice history lessons of the area.
I hired Leonardo to spend 8 hrs. with 8 people to visit the Tuscany Wine Valley, Florence and Pisa. He was wonderful - I would hIghly recommend him to anyone looking for a tour guide. He was so accommodating to our wants. He is handsome also but his manner is so wonderful and his knowledge of the countryside was so interesting. He made our trip most enjoyable and memorable. Yeah for Leonardo!!!!!!!!
Leonardo was our guide for the day. We went to Florence, Castellina di Chianti and the Mall. It was a lot to do in a day but Leonardo managed to make it pleasant and informative. Since we were back earlier than expected, he even offered to take us to Pisa but we declined as we wanted to get back to the ship we were on early. Great tour and excellent guide.
Pick up At Livorno Port. - 1. 5 hours drive from port to the winery - 1 hour stop in Greve in Chianti - 2 or 3 hour visit at winery, according the option choosed - 1 hour drive to Florence - 1 hour stay in Florence - 1+ hour drive back to port P. S. : instead of Florence we can stop in Pisa to see the Leaning Tower
