Hello and welcome to Tuscany! My name is Rossella and I have been an Authorized/Licensed Tour Guide for more than 25 years, and 10 years ago I qualified and passed the exams to also become an Authorized Private Driver. I use a lovely brand new black Mercedes van to take visitors to the Tuscan Countryside, to wineries, to medieval hilltowns and visit this side of Italian gems such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Cortona, Montepulciano, Cinqueterre . . . and the list goes on and on. I can consider myself energetic, personable and kwnoledgeable. I have to be so. . . I am mother of five. I am a good cook too, I cook for clients and I offer Italian Cooking lessons as far away as Hawaii, where I spent nearly a month. I will be able to also share my knowledge and love of Italian cuisine with you! I look forward to seeing you in Tuscany! License as Italian Tour Guide, Issued by Region Tuscany Italy, in 1997. This is a classic tour, the one that you may want to take if this is your first time in this area of Tuscany. In one day we will visit Pisa and Florence, visiting squares, shopping or having an Italian gelato and spending time together while I explain you the Italian way of life. Food, art, music, will be part of conversation, while we are driving through the Tuscan countryside.
Rosella was an excellent guide. We got lucky as our tour canceled on us less than a week away. I messaged Rosella and as luck would have it, she also had a cancellation and agreed to take us on. Our party of 7 felt right at home with her. She has obviously done this for a long time but still maintains her passion. We toured Pisa and Florence and we got back to the ship with plenty of time. Van was comfortable and air-conditioned. Would use her again if we go back.
Rossella was a wonderful guide. She was very knowledgeable of the area. Very open minded to changes with her itinerary when we wanted to do something different.
Rossella is an experienced tour guide and driver. She can take you around any area in Italy and any traffic. Rossella provided information we had never read and so knowledgeable of history, art, and food. We loved our tour with Rossella and you can feel confident you will receive the best guide if you select her when in Italy.

Excellent tour by Rossella Sciara! She is very knowledgeable about Tuscany. Provided an excellent tour of Florence for us, including a wonderful wine tour and dinner.
Recently we enjoyed a 2-day customised tour which included visits to Florence, Pisa (including climbing the Leaning Tower) and Lucca that had been organised by Rossella. Despite being unable to climb to dome of the Duomo, Rossella was able to organise us to climb Giotto's Bell-Tower. To be quite honest, the views from the tower were just as good if not better than from the top of the Dome ... would recommend this climb. We found Rossella to be friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
