Heliana was incredible! She was knowledgeable and timely in our travel. She accomplished all that we asked and made our day so amazing. She was fun and so positive even in the heat! She parked as close to the sites as she could and maneuvered the traffic and narrow streets well. We couldn't have asked for more!

We had a great day of touring, shopping, and eating. Hellana knows how to navigate Florence, its landmarks, and knows many of the shops. Heliana was a great tour guide! The trip to/from Pisa and Florence was longer than expected, but she made great conversation along the way. Pisa trip was short and sweet! Trip to Florence was wonderful, we hit the high points and enjoyed wonderful fresh/local cuisine! Would definitely recommend!
