Excellent perfect perfect day. Gianmaria made it so comfortable, special, easy and casual. The tour was awesome. The places he took us to eat (after asking what we wanted) were beyond excellent. Beyond incredible!! Gianmaria picked us up at our hotel and made arrangements for an amazing day. We knew we wanted to see Pisa and Cinque Terre. He chose the most perfect places to stop and made arrangement for an amazing lunch. He gave us time on our own while also providing amazing details. He customized our tour perfectly! . Can not recommend Gianmaria highly enough! He will not disappoint!
Gianmaria was an excellent guide for our Aug. 2024 cruise shore excursion to Pisa & Florence! He promptly found us at the Livorno port, then brought us right to the Leaning Tower, helping us take those famous "holding it with your hands" photos near the base. He showed us around Pisa (even another "leaning tower"!) before we traveled through the Tuscan countryside to Florence. We were so glad to see both cities in a day. Gianmaria was patient with our 3 year-old daughter and kept her involved in the location visits. In Florence, his driving was superb and he was *incredibly helpful* when we needed to pick up Accademia Gallery tickets - speaking directly with the ticket clerk on our behalf. Back in Livorno, he even agreed to a stop so we could get applesauce pouches at a local grocery that our daughter desperately wanted. Thank you Gianmaria for an unforgettable tour!!

Gianmarie provided a wonderful experience for 3 travelers who had been to Florence and one đ who had never been. Travel was easy, comfortable and prompt. We were able to see the most important tourist highlights with convenient access due to our smaller vehicle. Plenty of time was provided for strolling and entering the attractions if desired. Wonderful lunch suggestion resulted in an affordable and delicious authentic Florentine meal, completed with a stop for gelato at a popular location, half the cost of city center tourist traps. Gianmaria was an amazing guide and went the extra mile to tailor the tour for us . He clearly loves bring a guide and shared history of Florence and showed us details we would have missed but for him . He had great recommendations for restaurants and tips for making the most of our stay. We would definitely book with him again when we return to the Livorno area.
