My name is Veronica, and I am a licensed hiking guide and tour leader and I have a company in tourism sector deeply passionate about the land where I was born and raised. I live between La Spezia and Genoa, in the heart of the beautiful Italian Riviera, is a region rich in history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. This extraordinary area is home to several UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the charming seaside village of Portovenere, the world-famous Cinque Terre. These places are not only destinations to visit, but living stories that reveal centuries of maritime traditions, art, architecture, and local culture. There is a unique atmosphere that surrounds this region, something truly special that I felt even more strongly after traveling extensively and discovering many other parts of the world. Those experiences helped me realize how extraordinary my homeland truly is. I studied at university, specializing in Cultural Heritage and public heritage management, and I chose to dedicate my professional life to sharing this knowledge with travelers who want more than a simple sightseeing tour.
