    Juan Carlos was a great guide. He customized the tour so we could add a winery tour. He picked us up on time at our hotel and drove the 4 of us to Valparaiso. He provided great information on the history and the town throughout our tour. We would absolutely recommend Juan Carlos. He was also very helpful with our friends that had border control issues.

    Juan Carlos made the last day in Santiago by giving us another great tour in Valparaiso before he got us to the cruise terminal. 4 more funiculars were added to our tally! He was kind and patient as we had to pause to address a medical issue occurring at home. Juan Carlos is one of the best guides that we have ever had. :-)
