Transfer and tour of Valparaiso

Juan Carlos was an excellent tour guide and extremely fluent in English. He customized an excellent tour for us beginning in Valparaiso where he picked us up from our cruise ship. He then showed us around Valparaiso, highlighting on the important buildings and showing us areas of unique paintings and art on the houses. He made arrangements for an excellent lunch and wine tasting at a very beautiful winery in Casablanca and then brought us to our hotel in Santiago. Throughout the journey he pointed out all the points of interest and provided the history of the area. Very informative and interesting. It was an exceptional tour and I would ask for him when I am back in the area. Highly recommend and couldn't have been more pleased.

Juan Carlos provided an excellent tour from Valparaiso to Santiago. He was waiting for us at the cruise terminal, managed all our luggage, took us on a great tour of Valparaiso and the surrounding area and onwards to our hotel in Santiago. As two women in our seventies, we were a little nervous about how we would get on - but Juan Carlos looked after us incredibly well. His English was excellent and he was very knowledgeable. A great guy - we have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Juan Carlos is one of the best guides we have experienced. He shared his knowledge of the Valparaiso area and guided us through the beautiful streets overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We saw amazing views at every turn and enjoyed all of the places Juan Carlos shared with us. He is an amazing person and guide! He even surprised us with a special stop for lunch on our scenic journey to Santiago. We appreciate Juan Carlos and hope to see him again one day!

During our time together, he shared his wealth of knowledge and experience with us about Valparaiso and took us to many memorable places including the fish market and a delicious seafood restaurant. Juan Carlos is a FABULOUS tour guide, who knows just what will interest (and not interest) his clients. His vehicle was perfect for our group of 4 persons, and he did a wonderful job of avoiding the big tour buses (and associated crowds).
