I'm a chilean, that was born in Santiago. After working as a mechanic technician at the airpot, I decide to work in tourism, because I realy enjoy to talk with people from another countries and cultures. What I do is to let them know the wounderful land that we have, in terms of knowledge teaching them about history, archeology, flora, fauna and architecture. My satisfaction is to provide my knowledge to the tourists that want to visit Chile. I also work for the US Embassy in Santiago to whom I provide transportation support as a bilingual driver-guide. As Chile is a wine producing country I manage a vast knowledge about different wine valleys, wineries and also the whole process of making one of the best wines of the world. I have been travelling through my country for many years, so I know the needs of de people. English Courses At ELS international Santiago, all Compulsory Education, mechanical technician at Inacap Institute, courses at pre Columbian Art museum, And a First Aid Course.

Chile's capital city is the cosmopolitan, financial, cultural, and political center of the country. It's graced with tree-lined streets, parks, distinctive neighborhoods, ample variety of restaurants and hotels. In addition to its own attractions, Santiago is close to ski centers, beaches and the ideal gateway for excursions into nearby valleys and both extremes of Chile, North and South. To experience and feel this city, we will walk and drive through places that expose the visitor to the real Chile. Traditional markets where locals buy meat, fruit, veggies and of course fresh seafood that it comes from the Pacific at just about one hour away. We will see the most important historical places in down town such as the former Parliament of Chile, the Main Square known as "Plaza de Armas", Museum of National History, Post Office Headquarters, Presidential Palace La Moneda, the new Cultural Center La Moneda, the Colonial San Francisco Church, our National Library and Park Metropolitano.
City center of Santiago, Presidential Palace La Moneda, Plaza de Armas and Cathedral, former Congress of Chile, Main Markets, seafood and farmer's market, Park Metropolitano Northern part river side and park Forestal. . . Modern Santiago and financial center. the places that I really enjoy in santiago are the metropolitan park for the view from the top, another spot is Bicentenio park where we can feed differents fishes and birds. continuing with an entertaining visit to our oldest neighhboods where the upper class used to live. for lunch we can make a stop in a well know place call Barrio Brasil with typical cuisine here you can choose one of the famous restaurant such as Esquella for Seafood and fish or Beef another preparation of typical dishes are made in the Central Market of Santiago they have diches such as Cazuela de Vacuno (Casserole Beef), Pastel De Choclo(corn pie), Curanto en Olla (Chilean dish made of seafood, meat and vegetables cooked in a clay pot), after to have this experience we finish.
