Joaquin’s tour was amazing. He was able to tailor it a little for my elderly father. We could still do a little hiking and enjoy so many aspects of the mountains, waterfalls, canyons and even a ghost town. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area. The real wine glasses, amazing picnic stop (with llamas) and the delicious lunch he provided was the perfect unexpected element during an amazing day. Can’t wait to book with him again!
Joaquin is an excellent guide - personable, knowledgable about all things Chile, and so interesting. His English is excellent which made it super easy to chat while driving to the Maipo Canyon. We had been in Santiago just one day, and then met up with Joaquin. We weren't sure if we could do the longer hike, so he adjusted to our ability to handle the elevation. We walked a slot canyon with beautiful walls and clear water coming from the glaciers beyond. Then checked out a waterfall, perfect mist on a hot day. Finally, we found a bit of shade to view the landscape and glacier. A picnic is included and we loved every bit of it. We wished we had used Joaquin for our tour to Valparaiso the next day. He was great!

Had a fabulous day with Joaquim. Very friendly and communicative. Excellent English. He entertained us with stories of the area and was very knowledgeable about the surroundings. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs for stopping touring and lunch. He bought a lovely charcuterie board with fresh strawberries. Common yeah wine and sandwiches. We were able to do all we wanted to do. Fantastic vistas, and sites all around the Maple Valley area. Even carried a safety backpack for any potential injuries, which we did not have any. We would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.
