My name is Pablo, and I’m thrilled to be your guide here in Chile. I’ve spent many years working in hospitality and tourism across the globe in countries such as Australia, the United States, and Brazil. These experiences have shaped the way I connect with people and share meaningful travel experiences. In Australia particularly, where I lived for 4 years, I became immersed in their organic wine-making culture and learned invaluable insights that I'd love to share with any oenology enthusiast by visiting Chile's famous and internationally renowned vineyards. I speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese fluently, which helps me ensure that everyone feels comfortable, informed, and truly welcomed. As your guide, my goal is to show you not only the highlights of Chile, but also its one of a kind landscapes, our culture, local stories and hidden treasures that make this country so special.

I invite you to experience more than a culinary journey — I want us to take a heartfelt walk through Chilean culture and my own childhood memories. As we explore vibrant markets and taste traditional snacks, I’ll take you back to the times when my grandmother used to bring little me to these very places. Every flavour tells a story, from the streets I grew up on to the roots of Chile’s National history. On this tour, you’ll be sampling local delights, meeting authentic characters, and uncovering hidden gems that reflect the soul of Santiago. This experience blends food, culture, and nostalgia into one unforgettable adventure.
-We'll begin at the iconic Vega Central, the city’s oldest food distribution market, where you’ll taste exotic fruits & discover local flavours that define Chilean cuisine. -From there, we’ll walk through hidden corners and downtown cultural landmarks, savouring authentic street bites and traditional snacks such as sopaipillas with pebre, mote con huesillos, and seasonal Chilean fruits and vegetables that aren’t exported and can only be enjoyed locally. Plus, a few delicious surprises along the way! -Next, we'll visit the lesser-known but inspiring Vegas Artists Museum, a cultural gem tucked in the heart of the city. -Finally, we'll wrap up our tour at the historic Plaza de Armas, the lively main square of Santiago, where the city’s rich past and vibrant present come together.
