Hi, I’m Roberto, a Santiago-based private guide and Chilean travel professional with more than 20 years of experience creating meaningful journeys across Chile and South America. I specialize in private Santiago city tours, Valparaíso and Viña del Mar day trips, Andes experiences, Chilean wine-country tours, and shore excursions from San Antonio. My goal is to help you understand Chile through its history, landscapes, culture, food, and everyday life—not simply visit a list of attractions. Every experience is private and shaped around your interests, pace, and travel style. We may explore historic neighbourhoods, local markets, coastal cities, scenic viewpoints, vineyards, or the Andes, always with room to adapt the day as we go. When the itinerary requires it, I work with a professional driver so you can travel comfortably and focus on the experience. I am a Certified Ecotourism Guide, Wilderness First Aid trained, a Leave No Trace practitioner, and a Cultural Heritage specialist. I guide in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.     There was heavy snowfall in the Andes, and in the Maipo Canyon. So the tour had to be adapted. Roberto’s communication was excellent. He suggested some changes and at the end I had a great day.
