Roberto did a terrific job! We had a tour of the old city of Valparaiso and the highlights of Santiago. We had a great day and saw a lot of terrific sights. We had a full day of sight seeing, but it all went well because of the comfort of our van, the expertise of our driver and the terrific knowledge of Roberto. I would highly recommend Roberto!
Roberto was very professional and personable. He was also very knowledgeable about the different areas we visited. He seemed to know all the people at shops , restaurants, winery, etc. He was a pleasure to work with and after the day was over he took us to the airport and stayed until we were checked in. It was a pleasure having someone to translate and navigate to different sites.
This was my second tour with Roberto. Just like our tour the day before it went beyond our expectations. Even though the tour was 8 hours, we enjoyed the tour so much we were sorry it had to come to an end. The tour of Valparaíso was great. We saw all the areas of the city and were able to walk the streets to experience the city closeup. The tour through the countryside, especially the lunch at the overview of the pacific ocean just made the tour perfect. Thanks Roberto for a great 2 day experience.
Roberto and team were absolutely brilliant. Far exceeded our expectations and provided two days of fun and laughter. Great care taken to avoid the trouble spots on the day and to take care of our mobility and luggage issues. Vineyards, beautiful scenery, great snacks, lots of information from Roberto who loves his country and sharing it. We have found new friends in Chile. Highly recommend Roberto, he certainly gave our trio of desperado adventurers great memories we will keep forever.
Roberto was one of the top tour guides we've had. He adjusted the tour to fit our request (we wanted to check out the largest pool in the world). He loved Valparaiso and gave us lots of information and history of this fun city. He was a wealth of knowledge and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with him.
I cannot say enough good things about Roberto! He was always quick to respond and when our luggage was lost by the airlines, he was willing to do whatever we asked of him -- initially, it was to take us shopping for clothes for the 21 day cruise we were boarding and then it changed into taking us to the airport to help us locate our suitcases when they did arrive. Even with all the confusion, he made our day very special. Have no doubts when booking with Roberto.
