The Benjamin Franklin Parkway is often called the Champs Elysees of Philadelphia. Artists flocked all reaches of the globe racing to be part of the 20th century - but at the same time creative minds from France made their mark in the city with the realization of our grand boulevard, (The Parkway ). At its eastern end rise the magnificent tower of City Hall, the colorful flags of many nations, small parks festooned with flowers, public arts, fountains, the Free Library of Philadelphia, the Rodin Museum, The Barnes Foundation, The Cathedral Basilica of SS.
