Historic Walking/Driving Tour for First Time Visitors

I have lived and worked in the Philadelphia region all of my life and have always been passionate about promoting Philadelphia's unique history. After taking early retirement from DOD, I developed my "2nd Act" as a tour guide and found a true calling. 18th century history has been my love since I was a child. Working in Philadelphia allows me to continue discovering our nation's beginnings. I have been guiding for nearly 12 years and it has proven to be a wonderful opportunity to interact with visitors from here and across the world. I consider myself a Philadelphia ambassador and love to showcase our great city and the surrounding areas. I believe that telling the stories of the people who worked and lived here is the best approach to guiding and will be a more memorable visitor experience. I live now in a unique South Jersey town that had its beginnings started by an 18th century Philadelphian so I love to expand my stories and tours to South Jersey as well. I am happy to customize any of my tours if possible.
