There is a lot more to Philadelphia than Ben Franklin, cheesesteaks, and the Liberty Bell. Philly is a living history lesson filled with stories, conflicts, food, and defiance. IT'S THE BEGINNING OF AMERICA. The Declaration of Independence from the Crown. The first capital of the United States. The first protest for the abolition of slavery. Home of the first to knock out Mohammad Ali. That is what exists in the city of Brotherly Love. If coming to Philadelphia, whether it is a long layover, weekend getaway, or your a Sunday Historian; booking a tour with me is not simply learning a few facts but your first step in becoming a Philadelphian. This is your introduction. From Betsy Ross' House to the churches of Fishtown and onward to the Calle de Oro. You will see it all. I look forward to being your guide. Aww Right! We had an excellent time learning about our nation's and Philly's history with Keshler! He catered the tour to our individual interests and kept both adults and kids (ages 9 + 12) interested and engaged. We enjoyed learning the history of this city from a person who grew up here. We enjoyed it so much, we signed up for Philly 102!

Outstanding tour. Learned a ton. Entertained a 21yo college student and his mom fully. Stopped for a cheesesteak. Learned about historic chocolate and bought some. Saw the history come alive. Tour felt tailored to what we had more interest in doing. I know lots more about The Greene Country Town and Quakers than ever before. Highly recommended!

An incredibly educational and memorable tour! We all left having learned new and fascinating details about American history. Keshler was a great tour guide—knowledgeable, passionate, and able to bring history to life. He skillfully connected past events to today’s world, making the experience both interesting and relatable. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

Keshler is a fantastic guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with him. The pacing of the tour and the information shared suited our family well. Good balance of both historical and present day content. The Philadelphia-specific food items were amazing. Overall, a great experience!
