Take a four-hour drive to see famous Chicago Highlights

Chicago: The city that Works. The City of Big Shoulders. No matter what you call it, it's a vibrant metropolis of 77 communities and I can't wait to introduce it to you! On this tour, we will have a car and driver take us around to see some of the most iconic places in the city, from our ever-growing skyline of stunning buildings, to our 26-mile lakefront where parks, beaches, and trails will transport you to another world. And we won't forget our world-renowned universities. We'll drive down the Mag Mile to the oldest spot in the city and travel to a few neighborhoods so you can experience our diversity. I will tell you about the great Chicago fire and how it reshaped the Windy City. About our pride in architectural firsts, and the depth of our culinary offerings, brought to us by wave after wave of immigrants from all over. We'll occasionally get out for photo ops and snacks, of course, and to stretch our legs. And since this is YOUR tour, we'll work together to personalize it before you book it.

During the trip, we will see: - Parts of the 16. 4 miles of the DuSable LakeShore Drive - Michigan Avenue, from the Mag Mile to Millennium Park - Cloud Gate and Buckingham Fountain (optional) - Some of the magnificent lobbies of our downtown skyscrapers - The Museum Campus and Northerly Island - five or six of our neighborhoods (may include Chinatown, Pilsen, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Jackson Park, Hyde Park, Andersonville). Along the way, I will tell you stories about our first settlers (indigenous and non-native), about how our porous soil has made us creative with construction, and how we reversed the river so our drinking water could be clean! You'll hear about battles, race riots, how Jazz grew up here, and more. Stories abound about Chicagoans' ingenuity, as well as our challenges. Come join me on a trip down memory lane and in today's beautiful, vibrant Chicago! PS: I can adjust this tour so the luxury driver is a separate expense.
