Chicago Highlights Overview: Hop-on Tour

Nancy’s warmth and obvious love for what she does and for Chicago were apparent from the beginning. Nancy also established a great rapport with the tour driver which made the movement from the different points, very seamless. We learnt so much about Chicago in comfort. This was a gift for our brother on his 65th and he enjoyed the custom tour immensely. Connecting with Nancy was effortless as she responds quickly and provides excellent information and advice to ensure the entire experience is memorable. We will be returning to this great city and will be sure to have Nancy customize another tour for us. Nancy, we appreciate all the effort you put in to make Sunday a day we will not forget.

Nancy was great with communication in planning and was waiting for our bus when we pulled up. She spoke clearly and was easy to understand, gave great instructions to the driver and was clearly very proud and knew her city very well. Extremely informative with a wonderful sense of humor. Our Tour Guide was Nancy Kalchbrenner. She did a 3 hour tour for the 8 of us on Sept. 29. Nancy's tour was WONDERFUL. She included interesting bits of info in her talk that made the tour very fun. Working with her in preparing for the tour was very easy. My 4 siblings and I, and our spouses, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves thanks to Nancy. I would highly recommend her to others.
