This is the ultimate day tour for whisky lovers and people who want a real taste of the highlands and Scottish countryside! We will begin our adventure by heading across the forth river and heading up to the highlands where we will stop at our first Distillery. The world famous Dalwhinnie Distillery which was built in 1897. It is also the highest working Distillery in Scotland and is located 1073 feet above sea level. It also has two great natural advantages: the pure cold mountain water and the rich, peat reserves of the local hillsides. For lunch we will stop at the famous House of Braur the harrods of the highlands, an ideal place to pick up gifts and memories of Scotland to take home. The second Distillery of the day is Blair Atholl, the oldest working Distillery in Scotland and was founded in 1798. We will then return through the Highlands and Scottish scenery. You're camera won't do the scenery justice sit back and relax and take in the scotland you've always wanted to visit!
The itinerary will be the following: - Cross the Queensferry Crossing - Drive to the Scottish highlands - Visit Dalwhinnie Distillery for a Distillery tour or tasting - House of Braur also known as Harrods of the Highlands for lunch or gifts to take home - Visit Blair Atholl Distillery for Distillery tour or tasting - Return through the Highlands. - Cross over the Queensferry Crossing. - Return to pickup location.
