On Lewis, stand among the 5,000-year-old Calanais Standing Stones, explore the Iron Age Dun Carloway Broch, and step inside traditional island life at Gearrannan and the Arnol Blackhouse. Feel the Atlantic power at the Butt of Lewis Lighthouse and gaze upon the dramatic Mangersta Sea Stacks at the end of our first day. On day 2 we visit the Isle of Harris Distillery for a refined tasting, before discovering the remote Eilean Glas Lighthouse. The landscape on Harris transforms into mountains and luminous beaches — Luskentyre, Seilebost, Sgarasta Mhòr and Horgabost — where turquoise water meets white sand. We explore the medieval St Clement’s Church at Rodel, before heading home.
