On Lewis, stand among the 5,000-year-old Calanais Standing Stones, explore the Iron Age Dun Carloway Broch, and step inside traditional island life at Gearrannan and the Arnol Blackhouse. On day 2 we visit the Isle of Harris Distillery for a refined tasting, before discovering the remote Eilean Glas Lighthouse. The landscape on Harris transforms into mountains and luminous beaches — Luskentyre, Seilebost, Sgarasta Mhòr and Horgabost — where turquoise water meets white sand. We explore the medieval St Clement’s Church at Rodel, before heading home.
