We’ll begin by heading from Edinburgh to historic Stirling, where you can explore Stirling Castle—one of Scotland’s most important royal strongholds, with beautiful views across the countryside. We then continue to Doune Castle, a well-preserved medieval fortress known for its film and TV appearances. Travelling further into the countryside, we stop in Callander for a relaxed coffee break or short wander. Entering the Trossachs—often called the Highlands in miniature—we pause at Loch Lubnaig, where peaceful waters meet forested hills. We continue to Killin to see the Falls of Dochart, where the river flows through the heart of the village, before enjoying time along the shores of Loch Tay, surrounded by mountains and rich history.
