Hello, my name is James and I am deeply passionate about Scotland and all things Scottish. I am very proud and privileged to be able to share my beautiful country with visitors from all over the world. I have been very lucky that I have had the opportunity to travel all across this beautiful country over the years, seeing some impressive sights and visiting some incredible places, including being in Balmoral Castle while the Queen was in residence (but that's a story for another time). There are so many wonderful, wild and mysterious places in Scotland and I would love to be able to share them with you. From the castles and architecture in out ancient cities to the vast expanse of wilderness in our hills and glens, there really is so much to see and explore. It would be my honor to show you the sights of this amazing wee country, and leave you with memories that will last a lifetime, with lots of fun and laughs along the way. Have you ever wanted to see the home of Golf or where Prince William met Kate? This a lovely day where along the way to St Andrew we will visit Dunfermline Abbey the final resting place of Robert The Bruce & St Margaret. After we have explored the grave of our very own Outlaw King we can travel to the stunning seaside village of Anstruther where we will taste some of the best Fish & Chips in Scotland from the multi-award winning chip shop. After lunch we will explore St Andrews before our return home.
James was great! My husband and I had a fantastic time. It was a lovely drive to St. Andrews. James pointed out all the sites on the way. Our lunch stop of fish and chips was excellent. Upon leaning we were up for almost anything, we took a detour and a quick hike to Dunino Den, an ancient Pagan ritual site. A final stop at the secret bunker on the way back to Edinburgh was very impressive with a whiskey tasting provided by James at the end, made the day special.
Fabulous day touring with James! He is very personable and made the tour fun and interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stops at St Andrews, Anstruther, Dumfermline Abby,and the Whisky distillery. We highly recommend James and would certainly book with him again

James gave us a great tour. We wanted to visit St. Andrews and some of the other local courses. He went out of his way to modify his typical tour for our unique requests, including visiting a private facility we wanted to see. He is knowledgeable and has a well set up vehicle for four guests. We hope to use him again someday on a return visit.
This was a great introduction to Fife and surrounds. James picked us up in Edinburgh and dropped us off in St. Andrews--a real gift--while introducing us to the area and some amazing Fish & Chips. His vehicle is wonderful--lots of windows--and we enjoyed his commentary along the way.
You will be collected from your hotel and we will travel along the east coast of Scotland visiting the following locations: - Dunfermline Abbey - Anstruther - St Andrews You will have the opportunity to explore each of these locations as well as stopping for lunch at an award-winning fish and chip shop in Anstruther.
